Dear School Community,
I am writing to inform you that I have been appointed
Principal at Springfield Central State High School, commencing at the beginning
of Term 3, 2019.
David Newman (Deputy Principal) will be Acting Principal at
Glenala SHS for the first two weeks of Term 3. The Principal
appointment from Week 3 onwards, has not been finalised at a Regional level.
I will talk to the students about the change on Monday’s
Assemblies.
I have enjoyed immensely my nearly five years at Glenala
SHS. Both professionally and personally I have learned so much and I
thank the school community for the support I have received as Principal.
Glenala is an outstanding school and I will always be keen to hear the progress
of students, staff, parents and community members – once a Gladiator always a
Gladiator.
